Patient Enrollment Marketing for Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) Study- US & Canada

Challenge:

Assist our customer with recruiting a challenging 150 patient study consisting of very busy urology practices. Additionally, the administration of the study procedure was challenging from both a patient, as well as a sponsor perspective.

Solution:

ThreeWire implemented media outreach as well as ThreeWire Chart Review™ services at selected sites in Canada. Chart review candidates were contacted by telephone and/or letter for prescreening.

Results:

ThreeWire’s efforts provided the support to perform the “heavy lifting” associated with an end-to-end Chart Review process. ThreeWire’s unique services helped to contribute 63 patients, or 42% of the total enrollment goal (of 150 patients). The sponsor was so happy with the results that they hired ThreeWire to provide support for two subsequent US studies, as well as a European study
