Challenge

Jump start enrollment at a small number of key sites in order to generate momentum for quickly enrolling the initial patient group needed for a subsequent interim data analysis.

Solution

Implemented our ThreeWire Chart Review™ services at three selected sites with key investigators that would stimulate activity at other sites.

Results

Within a one-week period at each site, reviewed a total of 1,420 charts. Of this total, 1,329 passed Chart Review screening criteria, 741 were subsequently referred to sites, and a total of 9 patients were enrolled.
